Payment is appreciated AT THE END OF EACH SESSION. In case of financial hardship, please consult Dr. Cheski for reduced payment arrangements. In this ministry of healing, we never turn sincere people away for financial reasons. We accept: Cash, Check, Visa, MasterCard and Discover for all services provided. If you require other payment arrangements, please discuss it with the therapist at the time of your first appointment.

Mental health insurance benefits vary widely. We cannot guarantee that your policy will cover your sessions here; but will be happy to call your insurance provider to request a pre-authorization for treatment and submit the claim if pre-authorization is granted.

Naturopathic treatments are rarely covered by most insurance plans; however, some lab tests may be covered by your insurance policy. Ask Dr. Cheski for more details.

We are happy to offer a generous PREPAYMENT DISCOUNT of $15.00 DISCOUNT PER SESSION WHEN AT LEAST 3 SESSIONS ARE PAID FOR IN ADVANCE. There is no time limit to use the prepaid sessions; and you may give them to others as GIFT CERTIFICATES. No refunds are given on prepaid sessions.

When you schedule an appointment, that time is reserved for you exclusively. We never double-book appointments; therefore, if for any reason, you are unable to keep a scheduled appointment, please call this office at least 24 hours prior to your appointment, if possible, to avoid being billed for the MISSED APPOINTMENT. The fee may be waived at the discretion of the doctor/therapist in cases of emergency or hazardous road conditions
