Office hours are by appointment only, we are usually in the office early afternoons and evenings, since  that is when many of our clients wish to come in. We do not take Walk-Ins, as our hypnosis sessions require quiet, and someone walking through the front door is distracting to both the therapist and the client, so please, for their consideration, call before coming over without a previous appointment. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, clients are seen by their appointment time, not by time of arrival. If you have small children, it is recommended that another member of the family or friend be present in the reception room to keep them company, so you are not distracted during your hypnosis session.

When you come for your first appointment, please bring any medical records you may have, any nutritional supplements, and prescriptions that you are currently taking, or bring a list of what you are taking, so Dr. Cheski can develop an appropriate treatment plan for you. Dr. Cheski can also request a copy of your medical records from your previous or current physicians at your request, so your doctor's business card or office contact information would be helpful as well.
